⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Amazing customer service – huge thanks to Diego! My trailer was stolen, and I honestly thought I would never see it again. I reported it to the police, and only two days later I received a call from Diego letting me know that my trailer had been located in a nearby neighborhood.I can’t explain how relieved and grateful I was to get that call. Diego went out of his way to help me and made sure I got my trailer back. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care and are willing to help someone like this.Huge thank you to Diego and the team at East Bay Trailers / Brad Benson Motorsports. I really appreciate what you did for me and would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. Five stars all the way!

I came in hoping to test-drive a model but found it lacked features I wanted.Brad and Diego patiently walked me through their inventory and clearly explained the differences between 5+ brands, so I felt fully educated on street-legal golf carts without any sales pressure. While I researched a model I wasn’t familiar with, Diego took my details and accommodated my timeline. I decided on the Bentelli Nexus 6 — the shop handled all paperwork quickly over the phone/online and delivered the cart to my home about five hours after we agreed.Outstanding service, expertise, and a smooth buying experience. Zero hesitation recommending Brad and Diego.
